Dear Trollbeads friend,

A huge thank you to all of you who voted for the People’s Bead 2009! The response has truly been overwhelming.

The final vote was an extremely close race – three of the designs took the lead at different times and it has been very exciting to follow the development, however the final votes have now been tallied and the People’s Bead 2009 winner is
Pax by Suzanne Hopping from Australia!

This sweet design represents Peace – a simple idea that has obviously resonated with many people around the world. We are now in the process of transforming Suzanne’s gorgeous idea into a sterling silver bead made to the exact same high standards that you have come to expect from Trollbeads.

Everyone who played along and submitted a design will receive the first edition of Pax bead and everyone else will be able to get their own copy of this beautiful bead when it is released in August with Trollbeads Autumn Collection.

We had so much fun with People’s Bead 2009 and hope you had just as much fun coming up with your designs and voting for your favourite. And don’t worry if your design didn’t win – we are already planning our next creative assignment for you.
